WHAT IS THE DELIVERY COST?
We offer FREE standard shipping Australia wide on all retail orders priced over $70.00 AUD. All Australian orders under $70.00 AUD will incur a standard shipping charge of $8.95 or alternatively this can be upgraded to express for a small additional fee.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO REACH ME ?
We pack and send orders between standard business hours inside Monday - Friday  (excluding public holidays).
Normally orders will be sent from us within 24 hours (with the exception of peak periods and sales).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification email from us with full tracking information.
Please note that with the current pandemic, that shipping companies are taking longer than normal to transport parcels from pick up to delivery, which is out of our control.

IS IT OK TO SEND TO A POST OFFICE BOX ?
Yes. For any orders within Australia this is fine!!

WHAT IF I AM NOT HOME WHEN MY PARCEL IS DELIVERED ?
Shipping companies at present during the pandemic are not requiring signature for delivery, so your parcel would either be left at the front door or taken to the local post office.  Keep an eye out on your tracking so you can determine which day it is being delivered.  It would also be a good idea to use an address in which people would be in attendance to receive your delivery. 

WHAT IF I WANT TO CHANGE MY ORDER?
Once your order has been placed, it can't be amended.  
However, you can email us to discuss this issue and we may be able to cancel the order, refund you, and then you can place a new order (if you wish), but this will all be dependant on what stage of the process the order is in at our end.

CAN MY ORDER BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED ?
Unfortunately wee are unable to accept any returns or exchanges on any products due to hygiene reasons. 

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?
Please contact us immediately on hawaiiantan@outlook.com.au with your order information and photographs and an explanation so we can resolve any issues.

WHAT IF THE PRODUCT LOOKS DIFFERENT ONLINE ?
Colours vary on all types of screens and it can look different from mobiles, to tablets to even computers. 

DISCOUNT CODES
If you have a valid discount code, this would be entered when you reach the checkout stage in the discount code / promo code section.
